HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM CORONAVIRUS (Covid19)? Respect the hygiene recommendations in force for any respiratory condition: Avoid close contact, keep a minimum distance of one meter from the infected. Cough and sneeze into your elbow Use tissues Wash your hands regularly with soap or use a hydroalcoholic gel In case of symptoms (fevers, cough, breathing difficulties), try to isolate yourself.   IS A MASK USEFUL AGAINST CORONAVIRUS (Covid19)? If someone in your entourage is known to be infected, wearing a mask becomes useful. For medical personal directly in contact with infected patients, use a FFP2/N95 mask, as well as other personal protective equipment such as gloves and disposable coveralls, and protective goggles. For infected people in isolation, it is recommended to wear a medical mask.   In all other circumstances, wearing a mask is not useful.
